Residencial Xabiamar is within 6 to 8 minutes walk of the main Arenal beach and all the associated facilities bars and restaraunts. This is a Quality 3 bedroom ground floor apartment (Sleeps 6 People) with the use of the fantastic communal swimming pool. The apartment is built to very high specification with all the modern fixtures & fittings that you would expect. If you look around at other apartments you will see this is of superior quality. A total of 3 Bedrooms. With fitted wardrobes. 2 rooms with double beds, 1 with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), plus allocated underground parking with a convinient lift for easy access right to the apartment from the parking area. The Apartment is situated on the ground floor of 3 stories and all the rooms are on one level, so this is ideal for families with children or those who dont want to or cannot climb lots of stairs. It has full Air onditioning which also acts as the heater, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave,washing machine and fridge freezer. Walk out from the terrace where there are table & chairs towards the gardens and the pool, with superb views out to orange groves and the Montgo Mountain.
