Description

Villa MIMOSA is in a pleasantly quiet location in one of the most famous villa communities on the Costa Blanca. The building style and furnishings are typical of the area and give the villa a Spanish feel. The grounds, 1000 m² in area, are completely surrounded by a garden wall and fences and it is virtually impossible to see into from outside; your privacy is guaranteed. The Mediterranean garden has mimosas, palms, orange trees, cypresses, oleander bushes etc. ... There is a view of the sea, but it is limited because the land is level and thickly planted. The swimming pool is heated by a solar-powered unit, and so the water is pleasantly warm in the early and late season too. There are no steps: everything is on the same level. Pets are permitted if you notify us in advance. Situation The villa is part of the exclusive San Jaime villa park, only about 200 m from the Club de Golf lfach gold course, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The plot slopes gently towards the south and receives sun all year round. The villa park has street lighting and well-tended green spaces. There is a well-stocked supermarket with international products directly beside the entrance to the villa park. Rooms Semi-circular living room with a masonry bench seat and an open fireplace, a large solid-oak dining table, and adjoining it an open kitchen with a kitchen bar. Three double bedrooms with fitted cupboards. Two bathrooms with WC. Large roofed terrace, and adjoining this an open terrace, leading to the heated private pool, with a barbecue grill and a pool shower beside it. Garage. The area of the villa is c. 140 m².
