Both of our house are situated next to each other on the southern side of the lake in the small township of Obermillsatt. They have a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. All the apartments are furnished in country cottage style.

Summer offer Situated in the middle of the Nockberg mountain range at 824m above sea level and over looking the Lake of Millstatt, is Obermillstatt. It´s a small village well known for it´s wonderful clear and clean air for being a organic farring area. Here you are able to enjoy the quiet and safety of our healthy mountain paradise. Spring water from the tap, field a covered in flowers, and wonderful walking tracks all on the door step! Many water sports are available along the lake front e.g. sailing, water surfing, waterskiing and fishing. Swimming is free at all public beaches. 5 minutes by car to reach the lake where there is plenty of free parking. Many other sports are also available. The indoor pool has many activities and a wellness area offering sauna and massages etc. Tennis, biking, golf (18 holes), paragliding, beach volleyball, skating path and mountain biking (mountain paths and around the lake) are amongst the many activities on offer. Organic products can be purchaset in our village. We are a member of the "Millstättersee Inclusive Card" offering many free and discounted activities Winter offer Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, curling, snow hiking and tobagganing are the wintersports on offer in our area. The mountain huts are open and also the traditional farm produce restaurants ("Buschenschenken"). The Millstatt indoor pool and health care centre are also open throughout the winter. Ski areas Goldeck with a new downhill run of 8,5 km is only 13 km away. Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald, Innerkrems and Katschberg are all around 20km from Obermillstatt. Mölltaler Gletscher is a resort situated on a glacier and offers skiing nearly all year around. Culture. In Spittal an der Drau (15 minutes from Obermillstatt) there is a comedy theatre wich performs throughout the summer. Millstatt is intenationally known for it`s music and culture weeks (Juli - September) with a variety of concerts. There are also many other events throughout the summer and winter. Every Monday in summer there is a market ("Bummelmeile") with live music and entertainment. A private paradise for both couples or families with children. Discription All apartments are lovely and cosy, decorated in country cottage style with some antiques. You may choose between a balcony, a terrace or a wintergarden. Each apartment has a living room with a extra bed, 1 - 2 bedrooms, shower/toilet (some have a bidet), a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove coffe machine, egg cooker, toaster, hand mixer, crockery, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio with CD player, linen, washing machine in house, sauna (house no. 158), with cot and highchair for babies are also available. We have a large well kept garden with a barbeque area, table tennis table, slide, gym bar, sandpit and many other games for the children. The garden is well furnished with garden furniture and sun umbrellas. We have many restaurants within walking distance. Everyone has their own parking place and we also welcome dogs.
