Description

Site: The mansion is situated between Antalya and Alanya in the small place called Alarahan. The Villa is 30 km away from Alanya and 85 km away from Antalya. Airport transfer service could be arranged too. Equipment The douplex mansion (75 square meter) for 2-5 Persons. It has a living room with integrated kitchen, WC, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one balcony, 1 terrace and a community pool with child basins. Much importance was attached on details, e.g. on the wood stairs and curtains in a farmer style. Warm water heated up with sun energy, if necessary also with electric. In all the rooms only quality high-quality materials were used. Allocation: In the ground floor is a roomy living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has 2 extended couch sets with sleeping functions for 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with 1 dinner-table, 1 built-in cabinet, 1 refrigerator. In the upper floor are 2 bedrooms, each of them can accommodate 3 persons. 1 double bed room and 1 single bed room are furnished with night - table and wardrobes. 1 beautiful bathroom with WC as well as a balcony with wonderful view on the pool round this floor off. Room categories: 1 double bed room and 1 single bed room External area: A garden prettily put on with lawns, terrace with barbeque grill and a community pool inclusive children basins. The Villa area has a gardener. He equally takes care of the pool. Environment: To the next larger tourist places called Manavgat and Side are 20 and/or. 22 km, i.e. 10-15 minutes ride with the public Dolmush (mini bus, approx.. 2 EUR, stops direct before the house). A typical Turkish bazaar takes place twice weekly in Manavgat. Beach and bathing: In about 250 m distance lies nearly unaffected, endless beach. The administrative act and the land registrations are ready. The Residence permit is granted. The land register act for the sales is ready. The whole area on this villa is about to about 3539 square metres. By the purchase of this double villa, one is entitled to 202 square metres from the land.
