Description

You will rent an excellent 60qm 2 room-holiday-apartment. Big enough for at least 5 persons. Central heating and central warm water from the tap. You will get it with sheets and towels. The window of the sleeping room shows to the front of the house and with its special windows you hear nothing from outside. You have a 1.6m x 2.0m bed, a 3,5m board for the clothes, a radio that will wake you up (or not), and a colour-TV on top of the board showing you the films/news. Guests said, that it is really quiet for sleeping there. Please have a look at the guestbook of our homepage. In the living room you can switch the couch to a 1,4m x 2,0m bed. The room is fully equipped with TV, radio, DVD, a second board. In the kitchen you will find the whole program you could need to serve your family (or not). You find a 4-flame-stove with oven, a dishwasher, a washing-machine with dryer, a toaster, a coffee-machine, a microwave, water-heater, a fridge a deep-fridge big enough for at least 40 Pizzas :o). Enough plates, cups, knifes, forks, spoons….. to fill the dishwasher. In the bathroom you can take a shower/bath. Enough spare room for your personnel things around in the very nice mirror-boards. We are very proud of this flat, because it is really good. We changed a lot in this apartment to make it comfortable for YOU. You will book a non-smoking apartment, so you are only allowed to smoke on the balcony. Description: The north of Berlin is admits for its high recreational value. Very much forest -and water surfaces are in next environment. Boat landing places (Alt-Tegel) lie only a few driving minutes far away. The city center can be attained by the very good traffic route also within a few minutes. Bus, underground and even rapid-transit railway are in direct proximity and parking lots under normal conditions in front of the door. Surrounding field: In less than one minute a supermarket can be attained. A baker's shop, several hairdressers, pharmacy, cleaning and taylor, newspaper shop, laundry and Solarium are likewise in the proximity. Far away for three sub-railway stations is a very generously Shoppingcenter put on (Borsig industrial union-resound) with markets, cinemas, bowling and various restaurants. Underground: approx. three hundred meters of approx. twenty min. to Bhf. Zoo; Rapid-transit railway: approx. five hundred meters; Bus: The bus holds directly around the corner (approx. one hundred meters and drives nearly directly to the airport Tegel).
