Situated in the first floor without elevator and with security door, this little studio of 20m2 is equipped with a bathroom and toilets, and a little kitchen separated from the main area. Perfect for 1 or 2 persons, the vacation studio has a double bed (140x190 cm), cable TV, telephone and a toilet with shower. Functional and decorated with taste, you will appreciate the charm of the beams, the wood floor and paintings of Nathalie Lemaître. The vacation studio in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés is perfect for discovering Paris, between the little Furstenberg plaza and the cafés of Buci, the Bourbon street is ideally served by the Odéon metros (L4, L10) and Saint-germain-des-prés (L4). An artistic district and of prestige, the atmosphere of Saint-Germain-des-Prés is one of libraries, art galleries and good little restaurants near the connected cafés of present Paris. The St. Michel district, inmediately accesible through the St. André des Arts street, makes the Notre Dame of Paris very close. In addition, you will be able to easily join the Latin district, the Seine and its barges or the Luxembourg park. Finally you have many commerces near the studio to not miss anything during your holidays in Paris.
