Vacation Studio for rent in the 15th district of Paris. Remodeled en november 2005, the 28m2 studio has been especially designed for vacation renting. It is situated on the 8th floor of a 70´s building. Calm and luminous, the rental studio is ideal for a couple desiring tranquility and at the same time advantages of a lovely district with a market two times a week and restaurants. The studio is composed of a main part with a double bed sofa of 190x140cm, TV, music equipment and a balcony with a view of the interior garden. The kitchen is i ndependent and completely equipped so that nothing is missing. Finally, there is a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. The studio is in the 15th district of Paris and is just next to the Charles Michels (L10) metro station offering a direct connection with Saint Germain des Près and the Latin quarter in the center of Paris. Furthermore, there are 3 bus lines (70, 88, 42) and a taxi station at less 3 minutes away. By foot you will be able to join the Seine in 5 minutes and the Eiffel Tour in 15. Finally, you also have a connection with RER C at Javel allowing to go directly towards Versaille. Being that the owners live in the same building, they are at your disposal if you need information during your stay in Paris.
