Luxury Holiday Apartments The self-catering apartments are located 50m from Swakopmund’s beautiful beach promenade and within walking distance from the heart of the charming village. A range of diverse activities are on offer: various water sports, inline skating, nature trails, horse riding and camel rides. Explore the dunes or take a guided tour into the ancient Namib Desert. Fishing licenses can be obtained from the Ministry of Fisheries & Marine Resources in Strand Street, right next door where you will also find the Aquarium. Swakopmund has various museums, art and craft shops and a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The town of Swakopmund is the pearl of Namibia’s Atlantic coastline situated only a 3 ½ hour drive from the capital, Windhoek.
